If
the network connection does not work, try these troubleshooting steps:
- check the cables
to make sure they are securely connected - you will see blinking lights
on the back of the PC where the network cable is plugged in
- check the connection
by clicking on the NETWORK MONITOR on the bottom right of the desktop
A window will open that will say CONNECTED if you
are connected to the network.
- If the STATUS
is CONNECTED and still can not log in, restart the
computer
- If you still
can not log in, try to log onto NurseNetX first,
then log onto Users (even if you are only using Users)
If the problem
persists, call the media studio at 1-7964. Please note
that we can not fix username and password issues or fix the network
in the rare case that the network is down. If you have problems with
