Tickets are required for banquet and must be
purchased by May 9, 2008.
There will be no tickets
available at the door.
The induction fee does not
include a ticket or tickets for the banquet.

Honor Cords - Inductees attending the ceremony will be awarded their STTI
Honor Cords at the ceremony at no additional cost. If you have
already purchased your cord and do attend the induction ceremony, your
purchase will be refunded within one week after the ceremony.
Inductees who are not able to attend the ceremony and other
Epsilon Theta members may purchase honor cords by contacting Betty Skaggs
at the UT Austin School of Nursing. You may email her at:
